• Handling existing clients and their queries
• Managing client's requirements
• drafting and designing presentations & proposals
• Providing support to existing clients
• Upselling new services to existing clients
• Making and managing new/fresh sales calls to generate business
• Managing key accounts
• Co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver the client's requirements
